Terms and conditions: We aim to keep the service fair and trouble free for everyone accessing it. This can only be achieved
by ensuring that every broadcaster complies with a basic set of guidelines. If your listeners substantially exceed for more than
one calendar month the average of listeners across all stations accessing the ‘unlimited listeners’ service then we may request
you move to a higher priced service, providing credit for money you have already paid. If you broadcast at higher than the
128K rate (without prior arrangement, which may incur a higher cost) you get two warnings then your account may be closed
without refund.
