  • Print the Selected Hour--Use the Print button next to Copy Paste etc. to just print out the selected hour. This lets you just prepare cue sheets for certain shifts as you go.
  • Print Complete Schedule (Client and Product ID's) - Click this button to print out the entire schedule for the next 4 weeks. This may take up to 30 seconds to send for printing. You can follow the progress on the green bar at the bottom, similar to other screens.

EXPORT FOR COMPUTER BASED PLAY OUT

If you are using Computer Play Out the Export Complete Schedule (Computer Filenames) button will be enabled. Click this button to copy the schedule to the appropriate folders on the Play Out PC. The schedule will prompt for Cart play back with Robot 2002 PRO (in Active mode) and copied into "to the hour advertising" groups (for use in Passive / automated mode).

Before Clicking this button: Make sure the Play Out machine is either:

  • Stopped in ACTIVE mode OR
  • In maintenance mode in PASSIVE mode
